Take Authorization form and ShellCracker Info page to your local game warden, USDA agent, DNR agent, Fish & Wildlife agent or local sheriff/police (only one required) and request that they sign off the bottom half of the Authorization form. This form is to validate that you have a bona-fide wildlife hazing use for the ShellCracker.
Fax Authorization back to Stoneco, Inc. @ 719-846-7700 and contact customer service @ 1-800-833-2264. Be sure to include your order and a Visa/MC charge card number in the fax (do not email your Credit card information as we do not take orders over the internet). If you prefer to use the mail and pay by check, mail the information to Stoneco, Inc., P.O. Box 765, Trinidad, CO 81082.
